Call for Papers: Inaugural Issue of the Open Journal of Law & Policy
The Open Journal of Law & Policy (OJLP) invites submissions for its inaugural issue (Volume I, Number 1).
The Journal is dedicated to publishing rigorous and original scholarship at the intersection of law, governance, and public policy. The journal follows a double-blind peer review process and adheres to globally recognised publication ethics standards.
We welcome submissions from academics, researchers, practitioners, and advanced law students, including interdisciplinary work engaging with fields such as economics, political science, philosophy, and technology.
There is no prescribed theme for the inaugural issue. However, contributions engaging with the following areas are particularly encouraged:
Constitutional law and democratic governance
Public international law and treaty regimes
Technology law, AI regulation, and digital sovereignty
Administrative law and regulatory policy
Environmental and climate governance
Criminal law and justice systems
Commercial and financial regulation
Jurisprudence and legal theory
